National ERA Servicing, LLC (NES) was created to provide real estate investors a solution for property administration with an exit plan.  Unlike most property managers, our goal is to sell your house to a lease/purchase occupant.

Our ability to assist investors is a direct result that arose out of the need to oversee our own properties.
